The Operations Specialist Intern is responsible for the creation and mapping of templates. They are also responsible collecting, validating, approving and entering new and maintaining current item information They will perform all testing in the QA along with representing the Operations team on major projects. Delivers metrics along with ad hoc analysis as needed to drive process success. This is a cross functional position requiring collaboration with various internal departments including Merchandising, Marketing, Logistics and Contracts& Programs. This position will require assisting on special projects and other duties to attain stated goals and objectives of the department and company.
- Working to obtain 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
