Sales Intern

The Locum Tenens division of CompHealth in Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a Sales Intern to work directly with our Physician Recruiters and Client Representatives by assisting with research and sales related activities.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Identify sources of candidates using licensing websites, resident program websites, organization lists, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Facebook and 3rd party websites
  • Input qualified candidates into our database and research valid contact information
  • Research 2015 graduated residents that have taken jobs and input them into the system with valid contact information
  • Assist with team priorities when sourcing candidates, i.e. hard to fill jobs, etc.
  • Manage e-blasts for the teams
  • Find and call prospective candidates and pass them to a recruiter
  • Assist with responding to new inquiries from potential candidates

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Demonstrated researching and problem solving skills
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills including some knowledge with Microsoft Office applications


Education Requirements:

  • Should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or any other area of study
  • Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a College or University or are/will be a recent 2017 graduate
